The quality of the final print is largely dependent on the transfer of the pattern to the textile. This, in turn, is influenced by the interpretation of the design, the colour separation and the quality of the engraving.

Draft - designing - decision - the quickest route
We have a wide range of engraving systems in-house, which allows us to provide you with the optimal solution for your specific requirements. For instance, your pattern can be applied to the screen using our direct engraver by means of a CO2 -laser, laser exposing or mask exposing system. Alternatively, our CSP (Colour Scanner Plotter) can expose your patterns directly on film up to 1168mm x 2000mm in size. Our support for your business also continues long after you have received your screen. Thanks to our digital archive we can send repeat orders within hours.
Applying design to lacquer screens
Our advanced best LEN laser engraving system transfers your patterns directly onto a lacquer-coated screen by means of a laser beam. We also offer engraving by other means such as the MAX or LEX technologies. This completely digital process ensures consistent quality, which is a key factor in your success, on initial as well as repeat orders.

Applying designs to galvanized screens
Another of our specialities is applying designs to galvanized screens. We produce the galvanizing matrices digitally with our LEX laser exposing system. The LEX engraving quality is comparable to that of flat surface printing, with contours of 3/100 mm finer than a human hair.

Special repeat: 1206 mm to 2998 mm in lengths up to 5000 mm
